About Us

All Seasons Workforce Australia is seeking a skilled Almond Sprayer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing pesticide applications safely and effectively, operating advanced equipment and managing various aspects of the application process. This position demands flexibility, especially during peak seasons and involves outdoor work around commercial agricultural machinery.

Job Description

• Pesticide Application: Mix, load, and apply pesticides to fields following label instructions, required rates and established procedures.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the delivery of pesticide products to field locations, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Primary Sprayer Operator: Serve as the lead sprayer operator across all farm locations, maintaining high standards of safety and effectiveness.

Upon successful completion of the interview process, employment will be offered under the Horticulture Award 2010 rates.

What the job requires

• Flexible Scheduling: Availability for variable shifts, including mornings and nights, as required by operational needs.
• Transportation: Possession of reliable personal transport to commute to various farm locations.
• AUSCHEM Certification: Holding a valid AUSCHEM certificate is mandatory. If you do not currently possess this certification, you can enroll in an AUSCHEM course online at AusChem Training.

Work Hours

• Weekly Hours: Weekly work hours may exceed 40 hours, especially during peak seasons.
• Shift Flexibility: Be prepared for variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational demands.
